Cancellation Before Dispatch
You can cancel your order free of charge at any time before it has been dispatched from our warehouse. Since we aim to dispatch orders within 24 to 48 hours, we recommend reaching out to us as soon as possible if you change your mind.
2. How to Request a Cancellation

3. Cancellation After Dispatch
Once your order has been handed over to our courier partners and dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
- Prepaid Orders: If you no longer wish to receive the product, you may refuse the package at the time of delivery. Once the package is returned to our warehouse, we will initiate your refund (shipping or handling charges may be deducted).
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: You may refuse the delivery at your doorstep. However, repeated refusal of COD orders may result in restricted COD privileges for future purchases.
4. Refund Process for Canceled Orders
If you successfully cancel a prepaid order before it is shipped, you are entitled to a full refund.
- The refund will be initiated immediately upon cancellation confirmation.
- Please allow 5-7 business days for the amount to reflect in your original method of payment (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, or Net Banking).
5. Cancellations by Stylaclue
Under certain circumstances, Stylaclue reserves the right to cancel an order. This may happen due to:
- Unavailability of the product or specific sizes/colors.
- Inaccuracies or errors in product pricing information.
- Problems identified by our fraud avoidance department.
If your order is canceled by us, and you have already paid for your purchase, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
