At Stylaclue, we take pride in crafting premium, 100% pure cotton sleepwear designed for your ultimate comfort. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. We offer a hassle-free 7-Day Return and Exchange Policy.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may return or exchange your item(s) within 7 days of the delivery date if they meet the following conditions:
Original Condition: The item must be unused, unwashed, and unworn.
Tags and Packaging: All original tags must be fully attached, and the product must be returned in its original packaging.
Hygiene Standard: As we deal in nightwear and intimate clothing, items with any stains, odors (including perfume or detergent), or signs of wear will be strictly rejected for hygiene reasons.
2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To request a return or exchange, please reach out to our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order:

Please include the following in your message:
Your full name and Order ID.
The reason for the return/exchange.
Clear photographs of the product (if you received a damaged or defective item).
3. Return Shipping & Pickup
Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective item or the wrong product, Stylaclue will bear the full cost of the return shipping and arrange a free pickup.
Size Issues or Change of Mind: If you are returning or exchanging an item due to a sizing issue or simply changing your mind, a nominal return shipping/pickup fee may apply, which will be deducted from your final refund amount.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, our quality check team will inspect it. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Prepaid Orders: If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original method of payment (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking) within 5-7 business days.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: For COD orders, we will request your bank account details or UPI ID to process the refund. Please note that COD handling charges (if any) are strictly non-refundable.
5. Cancellations
You can cancel your order free of charge before it has been dispatched from our warehouse. Once the order has been shipped, standard return policies will apply.
